They have four practices: Supply Chain Management, Asset Management, Organizational Effectiveness and Revenue Growth. I am recruiting for their Consulting and Project Management practices. These professionals can live anywhere in the US or Canada and must be able to travel 100%. The firm is focused on life/balance issues.

This guy is on top of it. His passion is intense using cutting edge technology.

On my way to work today, I heard a interview with the CEO of Facebook . He said it is now available to everyone. He mentioned they are not trying to be like MySpace.
It is just amazing how many different social networks there are. In my line of business, you have to stay aware of what is out there and what could be useful. I know there have been many a discussion on how to use these sights to find potential candidates. So I am not going to go there. This is a interesting time in the recruiting field. Just amazing how it changes on a quarterly basis with soucing ideas, etc. Good luck out there!

I had the opportunity to hear Peter Weddle speak this week. I have subscribed to his newsletter over the past year and was excited that he came to town to pass on his knowledge. Even though he spoke only about 30 minutes, he provided great insight on his take on several subjects involving job boards. I will have to look into buying some of his material for reference.

Requirement is a for a Manager / Senior Manager resource with SAP PLM
experience - includes Document Mgmt, Classification, BOM's, Recipe
Management, cFolders, cProjects, NPDI, Workflow. Consumer Product industry
experience is a plus. Latest and greatest w/ SAP 4.7 and new apps
experience xRPM....is a plus. Process knowledge is key.... will probably
value this more than SAP product knowledge.
This person will have the necessary configuration skills from an SAP
perspective....but primarily is an excellent communicator/facilitator who
can conduct large workshops during the blueprinting process. This person
will need to manage large teams and be an effective leader and motivator.
